规范化管理在手术室器械管理工作中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Standardized Management in the Management of Instruments in Operating Room

目的对规范化管理措施在手术室器械管理工作中的应用方法及应用价值进行探讨。方法分别抽取2020年10月—2021年10月衡阳市中医医院实施手术室器械规范化管理前后接受手术治疗患者各100例作为该次研究对象。其中以2020年10月—2021年2月实施手术室器械规范化管理前的100例手术治疗患者作为对照组,以2021年3—10月实施手术室器械规范化管理后的100例手术治疗患者作为观察组。对比两组患者的治疗满意率、无菌操作合格率以及手术器械合理使用率。结果观察组治疗满意率、无菌操作合格率以及手术器械合理使用率均要显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室器械实施规范化管理,可以极大提高手术室器械的合理使用率,并能更加符合无菌操作的各项要求,从而达到良好的治疗效果,提高患者的治疗满意率。

Objective To discuss the application method and application value of standardized management measures in the management of instruments in operating room.Methods From October 2020 to October 2021,100 patients who received surgical treatment before and after the implementation of standardized management of operating room instruments in Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.Among them,100 patients undergoing surgical treatment before the standardized management of operating room instruments from October 2020 to February 2021 were used as the control group,and 100 patients undergoing surgical treatment after the standardized management of operating room instruments from March to October 2021 were used as the observation group.The treatment satisfaction rate,aseptic operation qualified rate and rational use rate of surgical instruments were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment satisfaction rate,aseptic operation qualified rate and rational use rate of surgical instruments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management of operating room instruments can greatly improve the rational use rate of operating room instruments,and can better meet the requirements of aseptic operation.In order to achieve a good treatment effect,improve the patient's treatment satisfaction rate.
