温度和水分对长焰煤吸氧量影响实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用ZRJ-1型煤自燃性测定仪和HCT-1型微机差热天平研究了不同温度和不同内在水分以及不同全水分条件下长焰煤吸氧量的变化。实验结果表明:不同内在水分长焰煤的物理吸氧量随着温度的升高而逐渐降低;随着长焰煤内在水分增大,物理吸氧量及其减缓程度均逐渐减小,其自燃倾向性逐渐减弱。在内在水分含量较低阶段长焰煤吸氧量有一峰值,其对应的内在水分为3.455%。在全水分含量较低阶段和较高阶段长焰煤吸氧量各有一峰值,其对应全水分分别为5%和15%,这表明全水分低和较高的长焰煤都易自燃,但全水分低的长焰煤自燃倾向性更高。 The variation of oxygen absorption of long flame coal under different temperatures and different internal moisture and different total moisture was studied by using ZRJ-1 coal spontaneous combustion tester and HCT-1 microcomputer differential thermal balance.The experimental results show that the physical oxygen absorption of long flame coal with different internal moisture decreases gradually with the increase of temperature.At the same time,with the increase of internal moisture of long flame coal,the physical oxygen absorption and its slowing down degree decreasing gradually,the spontaneous combustion tendency decreasing gradually as well.The oxygen absorption of long flame coal has a peak at the stage of low internal moisture,and the corresponding internal moisture is 3.455%.The oxygen absorption of long flame coal has a peak point at the stage of low total moisture and high total moisture,and the corresponding total moisture is 5% and 15% respectively,indicating that the long flame coal with low and higher total moisture are prone to spontaneous combustion,but the spontaneous combustion tendency of the long flame coal with low total moisture is higher.
