摘要
针对CAN总线网络在环境恶劣的工业现场通信中使用双绞线远距离传输信号易受电磁干扰的问题,提出一种以光纤作为传输介质的新型光纤CAN控制器通信系统方案。该方案以单片机为控制核心,以光电转换的形式使CAN信号转化为光信号远距离传输通信,提高了CAN网络现场通信的抗干扰能力。本文介绍方案的整体结构、工作原理和硬件电路。通过实验测试,该方案能实现CAN信号与光纤信号相互转化传输通信的功能,表明了研究光纤CAN控制器通信方案的正确性,有利于改善电磁干扰环境严重时CAN通信受干扰的状况,可满足实际应用需求。
Due to the problem that CAN bus network is vulnerable to electromagnetic interference when twisted pair is used in industrial field communication in harsh environment,a new communication system scheme of optical fiber CAN controller using optical fiber as transmission medium is proposed.The scheme takes MCU as the control core and converts CAN signals into optical signals for long-distance transmission communication in the form of photoelectric conversion,which improves the anti-interference ability of CAN network field communication.The overall structure,working principle and hardware circuit of the scheme are introduced.Through the experimental test,the scheme can realize the function of mutual conversion and transmission between CAN signal and optical fiber signal,which shows that the communication scheme of optical fiber CAN controller is correct,which is helpful to improve the interference of CAN communication in serious electromagnetic interference environment,and can meet the needs of practical application.
