摘要
为了明确应急技术与管理专业发展定位及人才培养目标,通过分析高校安全与应急类相关学科、专业发展定位方面存在的问题,建立了专业发展定位定量评价指标体系,基于层次分析和模糊综合评价法,提出了专业发展定位影响因素定量评价模型。在华北科技学院应急技术与管理专业应用表明:学校自身发展特色对于应急技术与管理专业发展定位的影响大于学校生源质量、学生过程管控和学生出口就业;华北科技学院应急技术与管理专业的重点研究方向为安全生产事故,其次为自然灾害、社会安全事件和公共卫生事件。
To clear development orientation and the talent training goal of emergency technology and management specialty,through the analysis of the problems of development orientation of safety and emergency disciplines and specialty in colleges and universities,set up the index system of development orientation of specialty.Based on hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the quantitative evaluation model of influence factors on development orientation of specialty is put forward.The application in the emergency technology and management specialty of North China Institute of Science and Technology shows that the impact of the school’s own development characteristics on the development orientation of emergency technology and management specialty is greater than the quality of students,student process controlling and student export employment.The emergency technology and management specialty of North China Institute of Science and Technology focuses on safety production accidents,followed by natural disasters,social safety events and public health events.
