新形势下高校研究生安全教育管理工作探析

On the postgraduate safety education and management in universities under the new situation

针对研究生安全问题呈现分散性、隐蔽性、复杂性的特点,深入分析了高校研究生安全教育管理工作面临的现状,阐述了新形势下加强研究生安全教育管理工作应坚持高要求、涵盖新内容、运用新手段的基本原则,并进一步从理念、体系、氛围三个层面和高校、导师、研究生三个主体出发,提出了具体的实践路径,以期为加强和改进新时代研究生安全教育管理工作提供参考和借鉴。

Postgraduate safety issues are characterized with decentralization,concealment,and complexity under the new situation.The basic principles of adhering to high requirements,covering new content,and using new methods for postgraduate safety education and management were proposed,and the practical paths were put forward from the three aspects of concept,system and atmosphere,and by the three subjects of universities,tutors and postgraduates,expected to provide reference for strengthening and improving the postgraduate safety education and management in the new era.
