交通运输专业民族预科生培养方案调整、优化、改革实践研究

培养方案要根据人才市场需求定时调整和更新,大学本科人才培养方案每4年调整一次,是优化改革后的版本。文章主要对正在运行的交通运输专业预科生人才培养方案存在的问题进行分析,然后寻找优化方式对培养方案进行优化分析,最后给出优化改革对策建议,主要在课程设置、预科生教学研究、师资队伍建设以及实践教学等方面进行分析优化,其中对引进人才、重视培训等政策性措施给予建议。

The training plan should be adjusted and updated regularly according to the needs of the talent market.The undergraduate training plan should be adjusted every four years,which is the optimized version.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the training plan of the pre-college students majoring in transportation,then looks for the optimized way to carry on the optimized analysis to the training plan,finally some suggestions for optimizing reform are given,mainly in the curriculum,preparatory teaching research,teaching staff building and practical teaching and other aspects of analysis and optimization,including the introduction of talent,emphasis on training and other policy measures to give recommendations.
