高职粮食专业特色现代学徒制的探索与实践

现代学徒制是高技能人才培养的新范式,文章旨在研究通过深化产教融合、校企合作,探索和实践粮食专业在招生招工一体化、标准体系建设、双导师团队建设、教学资源建设、培养模式改革、管理机制建设等方面的现代学徒制人才培养模式,建立校企联合培养、一体化育人的高职粮食专业特色现代学徒制人才培养体系。

Modern apprenticeship systemisa new paradigm of training high-skilled Talents.This paper aims to study how to deepen the integration of production and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises,to explore and practice the modern apprenticeship training mode of the grain specialty in such aspects as the integration of recruiting students and recruiting workers,the construction of the standard system,the construction of the team of double tutors,the construction of teaching resources,the reform of the training mode and the construction of the management mechanism,to establish a modern apprenticeship system with the characteristics of Grain Specialty in higher vocational colleges for the joint training of grain schools and enterprises and the integrated cultivation of talents.
