精神心理因素干预功能性消化不良的研究进展

Research progress on mental and psychological factors in intervention of functional dyspepsia

中国人群功能性消化不良(FD)发病率呈上升趋势。目前,FD发病机制尚不明确,临床上常用的药物及治疗方法可在一定程度上改善疾病症状,但却忽视了精神心理因素对疾病发生发展的影响。近年来,针对精神心理因素与FD的关系的相关干预疗法受到关注,且取得了显著的疗效,但精神心理因素与FD发病的机制仍缺乏循证医学的支持。同时,针对精神心理因素干预对FD的治疗也尚无一个系统的、完善的治疗方案。本研究对精神心理因素干预FD的疗效研究进展进行总结。

The incidence rate of functional dyspepsia(FD)in the Chinese population is on the rise.At present,the pathogenesis of FD is not clear,and the frequently used drugs and therapeutic methods in clinic can improve the symptoms of the disease to a certain extent,but the influence of mental and psychological factors on the occurrence and development of the disease is ignored.In recent years,the related intervention therapy for the relationship between psychopsychological factors and FD has attracted attention and achieved remarkable curative effect,but the mechanisms of psychopsychological factors and FD still lack the support of evidence-based medicine.At the same time,there is no systematic and perfect treatment plan for the intervention of mental and psychological factors in the treatment of FD.This study summarized the research progress of the effect of psychopsychological factors on intervention of FD.
