糠酸莫米松联合孟鲁司特钠或氯雷他定对小儿变应性鼻炎炎症因子的影响

Effects of mometasone furoate combined with montelukast sodium or loratadine on levels of inflammatory factors in children with allergic rhinitis

目的分析小儿变应性鼻炎采用糠酸莫米松联合孟鲁司特钠或氯雷他定治疗的效果,并观察患儿治疗前后炎症因子指标变化。方法选取小儿变应性鼻炎患儿60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用糠酸莫米松联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,对照组采用糠酸莫米松联合氯雷他定进行治疗,糠酸莫米松使用方法与观察组相同。观察2组患儿治疗效果及治疗前后炎症因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,2组各炎症因子指标低于治疗前,观察组各指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间并发症总发生率为16.67%,对照组为20.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松与孟鲁司特钠联合治疗小儿变应性鼻炎具有较好的临床疗效,对炎症因子水平调控效果更好。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of mometasone furoate combined with montelukastna or loratadine in children with allergic rhinitis,and observe the changes of inflammatory factors after treatment.Methods A total of 60 children with allergic rhinitis were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by using a random number table method.The observation group was treated with mometasone glycanate combined with monasterne,and the control group was treated with mometasone glycanate combined with loratadine,and the usage of mometasone glycanate was the same as the observation group.The treatment effect and changes in the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.67%versus 73.33%,P<0.05).The inflammatory factor indexes at 3 months after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than treatment before,and the levels of indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications during treatment was 16.67%in the observation group and 20.00%in the control group,but no statistical significance was found between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of mometasone sugarate and montelukast sodium has a good clinical effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,and has better effects on regulation of levels of inflammatory factors.
