摘要
目的探究3D打印技术联合多媒体的临床教学对于脊柱骨折教学质量的应用影响。方法选择2018年9月—2020年7月该院见习的50名学生为研究对象,其中2018年1月—2019年6月阶段25名学生设定为常规组,实施单一多媒体教学法;2019年7月—2020年7月25名学生设定为观察组,实施联合多媒体、3D打印技术教学法。不同阶段分别选取50例脊柱骨折患者完成服务反馈调查。随之对比组间实习结果差异性,建立判断项目:两组学生的教学满意度、日常考核成绩评分、患者并发症发生率、学生专项技能表现以及服务前后患者的负性情绪表现。结果服务前,两组患者的负性情绪(SAS、SDS)表现结果相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者负性情绪结果低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生的教学满意度高于常规组,日常考核成绩高于常规组;相比于常规组,观察组中并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生专项技能表现高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体技术与3D打印技术联合执行教学,可提升脊柱骨折的教学质量,提高学生技能水平,为患者提供高质量服务,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing technology combined with multimedia clinical teaching on the teaching quality of spinal fractures.Methods 50 students on probation in the hospital from September 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,of which 25 students from January 2018 to June 2019 were set as the routine group to implement the single multimedia teaching method;from July 2019 to July 2020,25 students were set as the observation group to implement the teaching method of joint multimedia and 3D printing technology.Selected 50 patients with spinal fracture completed the service feedback survey at different stages.Then,the differences of practice results between the groups were compared,and the judgment items were established:the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students,the score of daily assessment results,the incidence of complications of the patients,the performance of the special skills of the students,and the negative emotional performance of the patients before and after the service.Results Before the service,the negative emotions(SAS,SDS)of the two groups were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the negative emotion results of the observation group were lower than those of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the students observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the daily assessment scores were higher than those of the routine group;compared with the routine group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The performance of special skills of students the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint teaching of multimedia technology and 3D printing technology can improve the teaching quality of spinal fractures,improve the skills of students,and provide high-quality services for patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
