五常法在院前急救抢救用品管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Five Constants Method in the Management of Pre-hospital First Aid Supplies

目的探讨“五常法”在院前急救抢救用品管理中的应用效果。方法选取该市急救中心2020年7月实施“五常法”前后的急救抢救药品和物品配置管理情况作为研究对象,每周进行1次管理评估,在管理前(2019年6月—2020年6月)及管理后(2020年7月—2021年7月)分别进行52次评估,比较管理前后该中心院前急救抢救用品管理情况。结果实施“五常法”后急救车上取物品时间(4.85±1.73)s、急救车上取药品时间(10.85±3.26)s、向急救车上填补物品时间(15.68±4.34)s、物品放置标准化率(90.38%)、物品取放流程效率(94.23%)、物品配置标准率(96.15%)均明显优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施“五常法”后随车急救人员对物品配置管理的标准率(98.08%)、实用率(94.23%)、掌握率(90.38%)、护理安全率(94.23%)、提高急救人员工作效率(96.15%)均明显优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五常法管理法规范了院前急救抢救用品管理的主要过程,使科室具有可操作性依据。

Objective To explore the application effect of"five constants method"in the management of pre-hospital first aid supplies.Methods The preparation and management of first aid medicines and articles before and after the implementation of the"Five constants method"in the city's emergency center in July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and management evaluation was conducted once a week.52 assessments were conducted before administration(June 2019 to June 2020)and after administration(July 2020 to July 2021).Compared of the management of pre-hospital first aid supplies in the center before and after management.Results After the implementation of the"five constants method",the time for picking up items on the ambulance was(4.85±1.73)s,and the time for picking up medicines on the ambulance was(10.85±3.26)s,the time for filling items into the ambulance was(15.68±4.34)s,the standardization rate of item placement(90.38%),the efficiency of the process of picking and placing items(94.23%),and the standard rate of item allocation(96.15%)were significantly better than those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The standard rate(98.08%)of the management of item allocation by first-aid personnel in vehicles after the implementation of the"Five-constants method".The practical rate(94.23%),the mastery rate(90.38%),the nursing safety rate(94.23%),and the improvement of the work efficiency of emergency personnel(96.15%)were singnificantly better than those before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Five-constants method regulates the main process of the management of pre-hospital first aid and rescue supplies,so that the department has an operational basis.
