“6S”管理在医院档案痕迹管理中的意义探讨

目的探讨“6S”管理在医院档案痕迹管理中的实践意义。方法选择2020年1月—2021年10月该院后勤、行政科室档案管理人员15名,临床科室档案管理人员35名,医技科室档案管理人员6名为研究对象。2021年度在管理过程中以“6S”管理理念为基础进行统一管理,将其设定为观察组,针对所有医院相关痕迹资料进行管理;2020年度未实施“6S”管理者为对照组,比较两组资料放置规范率、资料完整率及整体合格率,比较两组取得痕迹资料耗时、放回痕迹资料耗时,比较两组医院痕迹资料管理人员对整体管理水平、资料取放便利度、整体工作量和配合度的工作满意度。结果观察组资料放置规范率、资料完整率及整体合格率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组取得痕迹资料耗时和放回痕迹资料耗时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医院痕迹资料管理人员对整体管理水平、资料取放便利度、整体工作量和配合度的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对医院痕迹资料的管理上实施“6S”管理,可有效提高医院档案的管理效率,提高资料获取、放回便利性及工作满意度。

Objective To explore the practical significance of"6S"management in hospital archives trace management.Methods From January 2020 to October 2021,15 archives managers in logistics and administrative departments,35 archives managers in clinical departments,and 6 archives managers in medical technology departments were selected as the research subjects.In 2021,unified management carried out based on the"6S"management concept in the management process,and it was set as an observation group.All hospital-related trace data were managed,and managers who had not implemented"6S"in 2020 were the control group.The data placement specification rate,data integrity rate and overall qualified rate were compared between the two groups.The time-consuming of obtaining trace data and the time-consuming of returning trace data were compared between the two groups.The job satisfaction of the two groups of hospital trace data managers on the overall management level,the convenience of data access,the overall workload and the degree of cooperation were compared.Results The data placement standard rate,data integrity rate and overall qualified rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time required for obtaining trace data and putting back trace data in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of hospital trace data managers in the observation group on the overall management level,convenience of data access,overall workload and cooperation were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of"6S"management in the management of hospital trace data can effectively improve the management efficiency of hospital files,improve the convenience of data acquisition,return and job satisfaction.
