情景模拟教学法在产科规培教学中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的分析情景模拟教学法在产科规培教学中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1—8月于该院产科接受规培的18名学生为对照组,接受常规带教;选取2021年1—8月于该院产科接受规培的18名学生为研究组,接受情景模拟教学法,分析情景模拟教学法的应用价值。结果研究组学生考核成绩较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生对提高学习兴趣、提高学习积极性、提高知识理解和运用、提高团队协作能力、提高分析解决问题能力、提高临床思维能力的教学效果评价较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生-带教老师双向满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法在产科规培教学中的应用价值显著,可提高学生实习效果及学生-带教老师双向满意度。 Objective To analyze the application value of situational simulation teaching method in obstetrics training teaching.Methods 18 students who received routine training in the obstetrics department of the hospital from January to August 2020 were selected as the control group to receive routine teaching;18 students who received regular training in obstetrics of the hospital from January to August 2021 were selected as the study group to accept the situational simulation teaching method,and analyze the application value of the situational simulation teaching method.Results The test scores of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect evaluation of the students in the study group on improving learning interest,improving learning enthusiasm,improving knowledge understanding and application,improving teamwork ability,improving analysis and problem-solving ability,and improving clinical thinking ability was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two-way satisfaction between students and teachers in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of scenario simulation teaching method in obstetrics training teaching is significant,and it can improve the effect of students'practice and the two-way satisfaction of students and teachers.
