山东省英语翻译人才需求分析及启示

Demand Analysis and Enlightenment of English Translation Talents in Shandong Province

专业人才培养要面向社会需求。以计量统计法对山东省16地市英语翻译岗位的招聘信息调研后发现,企业对英语翻译岗位人员的专业要求具有明显的倾向性。英语翻译岗位人员要具备扎实的双语能力,拥有优良的职业素质,同时还要具备一定的行业知识背景。为提升翻译专业学生的培养质量,对接行业企业需求,翻译专业要优化人才培养模式,构建“能力本位”的校内外实践教学体系,以跨学科复合型人才培养等方式为突破口,着力提升翻译专业学生的语言实践能力和翻译服务能力,凸显翻译专业的优势。

The training of professional talents should meet the needs of society.Through the survey of the recruitment information of English translation positions in 16 cities in Shandong Province by means of quantitative statistics,this paper finds that the professional requirements of enterprises for English translation positions have obvious tendencies.English translators should have solid bilingual ability,excellent professional quality,and a certain industry knowledge background.In an attempt to improve the training quality of students maj oring in translation and meet the needs of enterprises,the paper points out that we should optimize the talent training mode for the translation major and build a“ability-based”practical teaching system inside and outside the school.Taking the training of interdisciplinary and compound talents as a breakthrough,we will focus on improving the language practice ability and translation service ability of translation students,and highlight the advantages of translation major.
