血清E-cadherin和Galectin-9水平与结肠癌患者病理特征和预后的关系分析

Analysis of relationship between serum levels of e-cadherin and Galectin-9 and pathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with colon cancer

目的探究血清E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)和半乳糖凝集素-9(Galectin-9)水平与结肠癌患者病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取192例结肠癌患者纳入研究组,另择同期健康体检者192例作为对照组。回顾性收集其临床资料,分析两组血清E-cadherin和Galectin-9水平,血清E-cadherin和Galectin-9水平与结肠癌临床病理特征及随访1年预后的关系。结果研究组血清E-cadherin和Galectin-9水平低于对照组(P<0.05);血清E-cadherin和Galectin-9水平比较,分化程度为低分化的结肠癌患者低于分化程度为中、高分化的结肠癌患者,TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的结肠癌患者低于TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的结肠癌患者(P<0.05);随访1年,存活结肠癌患者血清E-cadherin、Galectin-9水平高于死亡结肠癌患者(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者血清E-cadherin、Galectin-9水平与分化程度、临床分期、预后密切相关,可能作为临床诊断及预后判断因子。

Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of serum e-cadherin and Galectin-9,and understand pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients with colon cancer.Methods A total of 192 patients with colon cancer admitted to Fukuang General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study group,and another 192 healthy patients during the same period were selected as the control group.Clinical data were collected retrospectively,and the relationship between serum e-cadherin and Galectin-9 levels and clinicopathologic features of colon cancer and prognosis after 1 year follow-up was analyzed.Results The levels of serum e-cadherin and Galectin-9 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of E-cadherin and Galectin-9 were lower in patients with low differentiation than in patients with medium and high differentiation,and those with TNM stageⅢ~Ⅳwere lower than those with TNM stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.05).The serum levels of e-cadherin and Galectin-9 in colon cancer patients who survived were higher than those who died(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of e-cadherin and Galectin-9 in colon cancer patients were closely related to the degree of differentiation,clinical stage and prognosis,and may be used as clinical diagnosis and prognostic factors.
