Review on the Effect of School-wide Positive Behavioral Support Abroad

全校性正向行为支持采用三级预防模式,创建适应学校的管理系统来改善学校环境,增强学校预防学生行为问题的能力,培养全校教职工和学生正向行为,最终实现全员发展。简要梳理全校性正向行为支持的发展历程,介绍在三级预防模式的理念下全校性正向行为支持的实施步骤,从学生、教职工和学校三个方向概述当前全校性正向行为支持实施效果,提出未来全校性正向行为支持研究领域的四点展望:1)未来应更加关注全校性正向行为支持的长期效果;2)全校性正向行为支持方案应与学校其他系统融合;3)全校性正向行为支持理念应全面渗透;4)关注全校性正向行为支持方案带来的隐性变化。

By adopting the three-level prevention mode,the School-wide Positive Behavioral Support creates a management system suitable for schools to improve the school environment,enhances the school's ability to prevent students'behavior problems and cultivates the positive behavior of the teaching staff and students,aiming at the realization of the development of the whole.This paper briefly sorts out the development history of School-wide Positive Behavioral Support,introduces its implementation steps under the concept of the three-level prevention mode,summarizes its current implementation effect from three fields such as students,faculty and school,and finally puts forward four prospects for its future research:1.More attention should be paid to the long effect of School-wide Positive Behavioral Support in future;2.School-wide Positive Behavioral Support should be integrated with the other systems of the school;3.The concept of School-wide Positive Behavioral Support should be fully permeated;4.Pay attention to recessive changes brought about by School-wide Positive Behavioral Support programs.
