浅探安置房建设工程施工质量控制要点

Discussion on the Key Points of the Construction Quality Control of the Resettlement Housing Construction Project

近年来,随着我国现代城镇化发展进程的日益加快,为公共设施建设需要和旧城区改造需要,陆续推进多个安置房建设工程,对被拆迁住户进行安置处理。然而,在工程建设期间,受施工、设计、管理等方面因素影响,存在一些质量问题有待解决。基于此,为顺利实现工程预期建设目标,持续提高工程建设质量,文章对安置房建设工程质量现状及质控意义进行简要叙述,提出施工质量控制要点,以供参考。

In recent years,with the acceleration of the development of modern urbanization in my country,in response to the needs of public facilities construction and the transformation of the old city,a number of resettlement housing construction projects have been promoted,and the demolished households have been resettled.However,during the construction period of the project,due to factors such as construction,design,management,etc.,there are some quality issues that need to be resolved.Based on this,in order to successfully achieve the expected construction goals of the project and continuously improve the construction quality of the project,this article briefly describes the status quo of the resettlement housing construction project quality and the significance of quality control,and puts forward the key points of construction quality control for reference.
