外出CT检查转运和交接流程改进在新型冠状病毒肺炎患者安全管理中的应用

Application of CT transshipment and transfer process improvement in the safety management of COVID-19 patients

目的探讨外出CT检查转运和交接流程在新型冠状病毒肺炎患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法本院于2020年2月1日起实施新型冠状病毒肺炎患者外出CT检查转运和交接流程,使用问卷调查的方式对改进前后患者转运和交接过程耗时情况、护士消毒与隔离知识掌握度、护士的心理压力情况进行比较。结果实施外出CT检查转运和交接流程后,检查前沟通时间、与技师交接时间、转运1位病员平均用时均明显短于改造前;护士的消毒、隔离措施掌握度由改进前的73.33%提高到100.00%;改造前隔离区护理人员的压力明显高于改造后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施新型冠状病毒肺炎患者外出CT检查转运和交接流程,能有效提高COVID-19患者外出检查的转运和交接安全,能减轻隔离区护士的心理压力,减少医务人员被感染的机会。

Objective To investigate the application effect of CT transshipment and transfer process in patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in the safety management.Methods Since February 1,2020,the hospital has implemented the process of transshipment and transfer process of CT for COVID-19 patients.A questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the time spent before and after the improvement of patients′ transport and handover process, the knowledge of nurses′ disinfection and isolation, and the psychological pressure of nurses.Results After implementing the transshipment and transfer process of outgoing CT examination, the communication time before examination, the handover time with technicians and the average time for transferring one patient were significantly shorter than those before transformation;nurses′ mastery of disinfection and isolation measures increased from 73.33% to 100.00%;the pressure of nurses in isolation area before transformation was significantly higher than that after transformation and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the transshipment and transfer process for outgoing CT examination can effectively improve the safety of transport and handover of COVID-19 patients, reduce the psychological pressure of nurses in isolation areas, and reduce the chance of infection of medical staff.
