本文基于遂昌山地茶园的技术试验,对比分析了机器换人与人工管理的效益,总结了机器换人技术集成应用的关键点。

Based on the Technical test in Suichang mountainous tea gardens,benefit of labour substitution by machine was analyzed with comparison to manual management in this paper.The key points for the labour substitution technology were also discussed.
