脑部类淋巴系统的定量MRI成像研究进展 被引量:3

Recent advance in quantitative MRI in glymphatic systems of the brain

摘要 作为大脑内的"废物"清除途径,类淋巴系统是维系脑细胞微环境稳态的保证。研究发现多种神经系统疾病中存在类淋巴系统的改变。MRI是目前唯一能实现人体类淋巴系统成像的技术,且具有软组织分辨率高、对示踪剂敏感等优势。定量MRI更是能够客观评价类淋巴系统的流入与流出功能的改变。因此,本文围绕定量MRI技术在类淋巴系统中的应用研究进展综述如下,旨在为类淋巴系统相关疾病的诊治提供帮助。 The glymphatic system,as"waste"clearance pathway in the brain,plays a critical role in maintaining the homeostasis of the brain cell microenvironment.It has been found that changes in the glymphatic system are common in many neurological diseases.MRI is currently the only technology that can achieve human glymphatic imaging,and has the advantages of high soft tissue resolution and sensitivity to tracers.Quantitative MRI can objectively evaluate the changes of inflow and outflow of glymphatic system.Therefore,in this review,we introduce the application of quantitative MRI technology in the glymphatic system in detail,aiming to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to glymphatic system.
