高星级酒店“90后”员工流失原因及解决策略--以上海PL酒店为例 被引量:1

摘要 近几年来,随着中国经济的快速增长,酒店业发展迅速,对人才的需求逐渐增加。“90后”群体逐渐成为中国酒店员工主力。但“90后”员工的流失率一直居高不下,对星级酒店的经营发展造成了极大的影响。上海PL酒店是一家超五星私密酒店,但是以“90后”为主的内部员工流失严重,给酒店经营发展造成了一定影响。以上海PL酒店为例,通过对该酒店“90后”员工的调查,对星级酒店“90后”员工这一群体特点进行分析,对流失原因进行研究,从而提出相应的解决策略以做参考。 In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's economy,the hotel industry has developed rapidly,and the demand for talents has gradually increased.The“post-90s”group has gradually become the main force of Chinese hotel employees.However,the turnover rate of“post-90s”employees has remained high,which has had a great impact on the operation and development of star-rated hotels.Shanghai PL Hotel is a super five-star private hotel,but the loss of internal employees,mainly the“post-90s”,has caused a certain impact on the hotel's operation and development.Taking Shanghai PL Hotel as an example,through the investigation of the“post-90s”employees of the hotel,the characteristics of the group of“post-90s”employees in star-rated hotels are analyzed,and the reasons for the loss are studied,so as to propose corresponding solutions for reference..
