Case Analysis of Risk of L/C Settlement in General Contracting Projects

随着“一带一路”倡议的持续推进,我国越来越多的企业走出去,工程总承包项目EPC等全新模式也被推出。然而海外工程总承包项目实施过程较长、风险高,给境外项目建设带来诸多不确定性。本文以ZC公司CCC2项目为例,对CCC2工程总承包项目下的信用证进行具体分析,阐述了工程总承包项目信用证结算中的风险,提出了各种风险防范措施,降低企业风险。

With the continuous advancement of the“Belt and Road”initiative,more and more enterprises in my country have gone out,and new models such as EPC for general engineering contracting projects have also been launched.However,the implementation process of overseas general contracting projects is long and the risks are high,which brings many uncertainties to the construction of overseas projects.Taking the CCC2 project of ZC Company as an example,this paper makes a specific analysis of the letter of credit under the CCC2 general contracting project,expounds the risks in the letter of credit settlement of the general contracting project,and proposes various risk prevention measures to reduce enterprise risks.
