论新冠疫情后的亲子旅游市场对策

摘要 新冠疫情突然暴发,全国各地启动预警防控机制,旅游业再次经受公共卫生事件的考验,疫情之后旅游企业应该如何应对市场是一个值得深入思考的问题。作为旅游市场中重要部分的亲子旅游,旅游企业应该抓住疫情间歇期进行科学调整。本文结合相关课题前期调研,通过定性分析认为,此次疫情影响游客出行,使得寒假期间的亲子旅游取消或延迟,地域预警等级不同对亲子游活动影响不同,抗疫举措未必满足亲子游需求,而且此次疫情会引发亲子游群体对食品安全更加重视。为此,旅游企业应该采取精准需求以提升接待能力,采取短线游着手、精准营销、营养配餐等调整措施,从而做好新冠疫情后的亲子游市场恢复工作。 With the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,early warning and prevention and control mechanisms have been launched across the country,and the tourism industry has once again been tested by public health events.How tourism companies should respond to the market after the epidemic is a question worthy of in-depth consideration.As an important part of parent-child tourism in the tourism market,tourism companies should seize the intermittent period of the epidemic to make scientific adjustments.Combining the preliminary research on related topics,this paper believes through qualitative analysis that the epidemic has affected tourists’travel,causing the cancellation or delay of parent-child travel during the winter vacation.Different regional warning levels have different impacts on parent-child travel activities.Anti-epidemic measures may not meet the needs of parent-child travel,and The epidemic will cause parent-child travel groups to pay more attention to food safety.To this end,tourism companies should take precise demands to improve reception capacity,and take adjustment measures such as short-term travel,precision marketing,and nutritional catering,so as to do a good job in the recovery of the parent-child travel market after the COVID-19 epidemic.
