单核细胞增生李斯特菌基于基因组学的分型和溯源技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 单核细胞增生李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes,LM)是一种重要的食源性人兽共患病原菌,引起的李斯特菌病致死率较高,研究其分子流行病学规律有助于该病的预防与控制。近年来,随着多种分子分型方法的建立,特别是基于全基因组测序(WGS)的核心基因/全基因组多位点序列分型(cg/wgMLST)、单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分析,在LM分子流行病学研究中得到了应用,在细菌分子进化研究、风险评估和溯源调查中发挥了重要作用。本文对基于基因组学的LM分型和溯源技术相关文献进行综述,为LM的分子流行病学研究提供参考。 Listeria monocytogenes(LM)is an important food-borne zoonotic pathogen that can cause listeriosis,which is associated with high mortality.Molecular epidemiology is a valuable tool to prevent and control listeriosis.In the past decade,various molecular typing techniques have been developed and applied.In particular,the establishment and development of core/whole-genome MLST(cg/wgMLST)and single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)analyses based on whole genome sequencing(WGS)have promoted further study of molecular epidemiology,and played important roles in research on genetic evolution,risk assessments and tracing investigations.Here,we review molecular typing and tracing techniques based on the genomics of LM,to provide a reference for epidemiological study.
