摘要
调相机励磁系统附加电力系统电压调节器(Power System Voltage Regulator, PSVR)控制,能够使得调相机充分发挥无功调节能力,保证系统侧电压的稳定,PSVR参数的变化会对调相机无功调节能力产生影响。本文在分析PSVR参数变化对调相机性能影响的基础上,以PSVR参数为控制量,定义同时考虑故障期间和故障恢复两个过程的加权目标函数,建立PSVR参数优化模型,提出基于遗传算法的参数优化策略。算例分析表明,参数优化策略能够协调PSVR的多个控制参数,可提升调相机对系统电压的无功支撑能力。
PSVR can help the synchronous condenser make full use of its reactive power adjustment ability to ensure the stable operation of the system voltage. Changes in PSVR parameters will affect the reactive power adjustment capability of the synchronous condenser. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the influence of PSVR parameters changes on the performance of the synchronous condenser, PSVR parameters are set as control variables. A weighted objective function is defined that considering both the failure period and the recovery period. A PSVR parameter optimization model is established, and a parameter optimization strategy based on the genetic algorithm is proposed. The analysis of an example shows that the parameter optimization strategy can coordinate multiple control parameters of the PSVR and improve the reactive power support ability of the synchronous condenser to support the system voltage.
