摘要 智能均流控制可以极大提高均流特性,但可能会影响励磁系统调节的响应速度、换向时增加晶闸管的电流冲击强度及掩盖晶闸管元件的实际故障等。本文以TMS320F28335控制器为核心实现励磁系统的智能均流控制,对控制模型的参数进行动态调节,同时采用交流采样和CAN通讯提高了抗干扰能力。最终通过试验验证,该智能均流控制提高系统均流特性的同时又避免了不利影响。 Intelligent current sharing control can greatly improve the current sharing characteristics, but it may affect the response speed of excitation system adjustment, increase the current impact intensity ofthyristor during reversing, and cover the actual fault of thyristor components. In this paper, TMS320 F28335 controller is used as the core to realize the intelligent current sharing control of the excitation system, and the parameters of the control model are dynamically adjusted. At the same time, AC sampling and CAN communication are used to improve the anti-interference ability. Finally, the test results show that the intelligent current sharing control improves the current sharing characteristics of the system while avoiding adverse effects.
