浅析圆通速递的营运资金管理

Analysis of the Working Capital Management of Yuantong Express

2019年12月开始暴发的新冠疫情,使全国乃至全世界的企业遭受打击,时至今日已进入疫情后期,疫情仍对企业发展有着难以忽视的影响。本文运用文献综述法和比较分析法,以圆通速递营运资金管理的模式为研究对象,通过研究、分析得到:圆通速递在营运资金管理方面存在增量增收少、投资成本高、信用借款过多、与同行竞争力不强等问题。在此基础上提出建立差异化的竞争战略、引入新的战略投资者、提高现金持有量以及提高自身竞争力等建议。

The COVID-19 outbreak that started in December 2019 has hit enterprises across the country and even the world.Today,the epidemic has entered the late stage,and the epidemic still has an unavoidable impact on the development of enterprises.This paper uses the literature review method and comparative analysis method,and takes the working capital management model of YTO Express as the research object.Through research and analysis,it is concluded that YTO Express has less incremental income,high investment cost,excessive credit borrowing,etc.in working capital management.Competitiveness with peers and other issues.On this basis,it puts forward suggestions such as establishing a differentiated competitive strategy,introducing new strategic investors,increasing cash holdings,and improving its own competitiveness.
