Risk Prevention System and path Analysis of Agricultural Opening-Up Cooperation based on new Institutional Economics

随着中国农业产业对外开放的不断推进,农业对外开放合作在进出口贸易、对外投资等方面取得了一定的成效,但同时也存在一定的风险。运用新制度经济学的制度变迁理论、交易费用理论、产权理论对农业对外开放合作风险进行经济学分析,并从转变政府职能、制定人才政策和改革制度创新等方面探讨农业对外开放合作风险防范路径,对提升农业对外开放合作风险抵抗能力、推动农业对外开放合作高质可持续发展具有一定的现实意义。

With the continuous advancement of China's agricultural industry's opening to the outside world,agricultural opening-up cooperation has achieved certain results in import and export trade,foreign investment,etc.,but there are also certain risks.Using the institutional change theory,transaction cost theory,and property rights theory of new institutional economics to carry out an economic analysis on the risks of agricultural opening-up and cooperation,and discuss the risk prevention path of agricultural opening-up and cooperation from the aspects of transforming government functions,formulating talent policies,and reforming institutional innovations.It has certain practical significance for improving the risk resistance ability of agricultural opening and cooperation and promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of agricultural opening and cooperation.
