江苏沿海三市海洋经济发展探讨--兼论培养大学生海洋意识

Discussion on the Development of Marine Economy in the Three Coastal Cities of Jiangsu--Also on Cultivating College Students' Ocean Consciousness

海洋是保障经济高质量发展的战略要地,将海洋经济发展质量实证研究与强化大学生海洋意识相结合,对于贯彻新发展理念、推动我国海洋强国建设具有重要的意义。本文以海洋经济发展质量为研究对象,构建指标体系,研究江苏省南通、盐城、连云港2015年至2018年的海洋经济发展质量。研究发现三市海洋经济发展质量逐年提升,尤其是2016年和2017年的提升幅度最为明显,其中水产品总量、渔业总产值、港口货物吞吐量、水路货运量是促进三市海洋经济发展质量的优势因素,分析了各市的弱势因素与提升路径。将海洋经济实证案例分析与大学生海洋意识培养相结合,有助于丰富大学生海洋意识的培养路径。

The ocean is a strategic place to ensure high-quality economic development.The combination of empirical research on the quality of marine economic development and the strengthening of college students'marine awareness is of great significance for implementing new development concepts and promoting the construction of my country's maritime power.This paper takes the quality of marine economic development as the research object,constructs an index system,and studies the quality of marine economic development in Nantong,Yancheng,and Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2018.The study found that the quality of marine economic development in the three cities has improved year by year,especially in 2016 and 2017.The improvement is the most obvious.Among them,the total amount of aquatic products,the total fishery output value,port cargo throughput,and waterway freight volume are the main factors that promote the development of the three cities'marine economy.The advantage factors of each city are analyzed,and the disadvantage factors and improvement paths of each city are analyzed.Combining the marine economic empirical case analysis with the cultivation of college students'marine awareness is helpful to enrich the cultivation path of college students'marine awareness.
