摘要
传统街区往往拥有着城市中重要的文化、商业、教育和医疗系统,以及特有的狭窄道路密集的路网系统。随着我国城市化发展进程的加快,很多传统街区其原有的路网系统已经无法负担与日俱增的机动车负载量。文章以传统街区的慢行系统为突破口,通过对武汉粮道街道所属的昙华林、粮道街、胭脂路的深入研究,总结出目前传统历史文化街区慢行系统存在的诸多问题,提出通过合理引导机动车使用,打造步行+公交为主的交通方式,增强传统街区慢行系统建设,重塑传统街区交通体系,以优化区域内交通结构,提高慢行者慢行质量。
Traditional neighborhoods have important cultural, commercial, educational and medical systems in the city, as well as a unique dense road network system with narrow roads. With the acceleration of urbanization, its original road network system can no longer afford the ever-increasing load of motor vehicles. This article takes the slow-moving system of traditional blocks as a breakthrough, and through in-depth research on Tanhualin, Liangdao Street, and Yanzhi Road to which Liangdao Street belongs, summarizes the many problems existing in the slow-moving system of traditional historical and cultural blocks, and through reasonable guidance Use of motor vehicles, create a pedestrian + bus-based transportation mode, enhance the construction of the traditional block slow system, and reshape the traditional block traffic system to optimize the regional traffic structure and improve the slow-travel quality of slow travelers.
