兵团中职学校开展兵团精神教育的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Bingtuan Spirit Education Carried out in Bingtuan Secondary Vocational Schools

以“热爱祖国、无私奉献、艰苦创业、开拓进取”为主要内涵的兵团精神,是兵团人完成屯垦戍边历史使命的核心价值观,也是推动兵团事业不断前进的精神动力。文章探讨了在职业院校开展兵团精神教育的意义,分析了兵团中职学校开展兵团精神教育的现状,提出了针对兵团中职学校学生特点开展兵团精神教育的系列举措,以更好地为兵团事业发展提供技术技能人才保障。

The Bingtuan Spirit with the main connotation of "Loving our motherland,dedicating selflessly,working hard and pioneering ahead" is not only the core values of the Bingtuan to accomplish the historical mission of reclamation and border defense, but also the spiritual driving force to promote the continuous progress of the Bingtuan cause. This paper discusses the significance of carrying out Bingtuan Spirit education in vocational schools analyzes the present situation of Bingtuan Spirit education in Bingtuan secondary vocational schools, and puts forward a series of measures to carry out Bingtuan Spirit education according to the characteristics of Bingtuan secondary vocational school students so as to better provide technical personnel guarantee for the development of Bingtuan cause.
