摘要
介绍复合环保塑解剂STRA86的作用机理及其在天然橡胶中的应用。复合环保塑解剂STRA86受热和氧作用分解产生含硫自由基,引发和促进橡胶分子链断裂,同时含硫自由基作为自由基接受体与橡胶分子链断裂产生的自由基结合,可以达到快速降低胶料相对分子质量、提高塑解效果的目的。在天然橡胶中加入复合环保塑解剂STRA86,不仅可以提高塑炼效率、降低混炼阶段的能源消耗和混炼成本,而且可以明显改善胶料的加工性能。
The action mechanism of the complex environmentally friendly peptizer STRA86 and its application in natural rubber were introduced. STRA86 was decomposed under the action of heat and oxygen to produce sulfur-containing free radicals,which could initiate and promote the breaking of rubber molecular chains. At the same time,sulfur-containing free radicals as free radical receptors which could combine with the free radicals generated by the breaking of rubber molecular chains,thereby quickly reducing the relative molecular weight of rubber and improving the peptization effect. Adding STRA86 to natural rubber could not only improve the plasticization efficiency,reduce the energy consumption and mixing cost in the mixing stage,but also significantly improve the processability of the rubber compound.
