航空轮胎导电性能测试方法研究

摘要 对航空轮胎导电性能测试方法进行研究,提出不需要装配轮辋和静负荷试验机的优化测试方法,即采用专用电阻测量仪器、导电液、接触电极和夹具等,将测电端子的接触电极置于离胎圈底部25 mm的轮胎胎圈外表面直接进行测试。优化测试方法的测试结果与常规测试方法基本相同,证明了优化测试方法的可行性。 The test methods of the electrical conductivity of aircraft tires were studied,and an optimized test method that didn’t require the assembly of rims and static load measurement equipment was put forward.In the proposed test method,the electrical resistance was directly measured on the outer surface of the tire bead by placing the contact electrodes of an electrical measurement terminal 25 mm away from the bottom of the bead. Special electric resistance measuring instrument,electric conductive fluid,contact electrode and fixture were used in this test. The test results of the optimized test method were basically the same as those of the conventional test method,which proved the feasibility of the optimized test method.
