摘要
城市群成为国家新型城镇化的主体形态,而区域间的基础设施一体化是发展城市群经济的重要基础.文章运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型对长三角27个城市2008—2019年基础设施发展水平和一体化水平进行测度.结果表明:(1)基础设施水平整体呈现逐年上升趋势,但城市间差异明显;(2)子系统整体处于上升的趋势;(3)截面上,样本考察期间各子系统演变轨迹不尽一致,大体上都有不同幅度的上升;(4)基础设施一体化水平较低,离高度一体化还有较大距离,五个系统一体化指数均在不断上升.最后,提出促进长三角城市群基础设施发展水平的建议.
Urban agglomeration has become the main form of national new-type urbanization,and interregional infrastructure integration is an important basis for the development of urban agglomeration economy.Entropy value method and coupling coordination degree model are used to measure the level of infrastructure development and integration of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2019. The results show that:(1)The overall level of infrastructure presents an increasing trend year by year,but there are significant differences among the cities;(2)The subsystem as a whole is in an upward trend;(3)On the cross-section,the evolution trajectory of each subsystem during the sample investigation is not consistent,and generally all have different degrees of rise;(4)The level of infrastructure integration is relatively low,and there is still a large distance from high integration,and all the five systems integration indexes are on the rise. Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development level of infrastructure in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
