地方应用型高校产学研用协同创新人才培养模式构建——以土木工程专业人才培养为例

Research on the Talent Training System of Production-Learning-Research-Application Collaborative Innovation in Local Applied University:Taking the Engineering Major Talent Training as an Example

地方应用型高校在转型发展过程中,建立产学研用协同创新人才培养体系将会有效促进高校的特色发展.文章提出地方应用型高校应以转型发展为契机,依据自身办学条件充分将企业、科研单位和用人单位各自优势资源统一到高校的人才培养体系建设中.在多方协同育人过程中,要结合行业发展、区域特色和自身办学条件明确高校人才培养的定位,基于人才培养目标进行理论教学、实践教学、职业技能和素质教育为一体的多层面协同育人模式建设.在协同育人过程中,应用型高校要提高人才培养质量,完善办学条件和教学资源,加强师资队伍建设,整合资源,以点带面,长期共赢发展.

It will effectively promote the university characteristic development to establish the talent training system of production-university-research-application collaborative innovation mode in the process of local applied university transition development. This paper proposes that the local applied university should take transition development as the opportunity and according to own school conditions sufficiently unify each advantage resources of enterprise,scientific research institution and employing units to the talent training system of colleges and universities. The local applied university should combine the industry,regional development,and own school conditions to clarify the talent training orientation in the multi-party collaborative talent training.The applied university should perform the multi-level collaborative education system construction containing theory teaching,practice teaching,vocational skills and quality education based on the talent training objectives. The applied university should improve the talent training quality,school running condition and teaching resources,strengthen teaching staff construction in the collaborative innovation education,and integrate resources to achieve long-term win-win development from point to area.
