基于问卷调查法的经济统计学专业人才培养现状分析——以辽宁大学为例

Analysis on the Current Situation of Economic Statistics Professional Talent Training Based on Questionnaire Survey:Taking Liaoning University as an Example

伴随着云计算、云存储技术的发展创新,数据规模和数据处理场景激增,传统的经济统计学专业人才培养体系无法适应大数据处理的需求.文章以辽宁大学为例设置调查问卷,对学生的专业理论知识、数据分析能力以及企事业单位需求等方面进行调查分析.调查结果表明:人才培养过程中讲授理论知识较多而实践能力培养稍显欠缺,学生具备较为扎实的理论知识,但缺乏数据科学、机器学习等数据分析知识.最后从优化课程设置、加强学生数据分析的实践能力培养等方面提出人才培养方案改革,以适应大数据时代社会对高级统计数据分析人才的需求.

With the development and innovation of cloud computing and cloud storage technology,data scale and data processing scenarios are increasing rapidly. The talents trained by the traditional teaching system of economic statistics can not meet the needs of big data processing. Therefore,we will take Liaoning University as an example to set up a questionnaire to investigate and analyze the students’ professional theoretical knowledge and professional software ability and the needs of enterprises and institutions. The survey results show that there are more theoretical knowledge and less practical ability training in the process of talent training. Students have a relatively solid theoretical knowledge,but the lack of data science,machine learning and other data analysis knowledge. Finally,the reform of talent training program is proposed from the aspects of optimizing the curriculum setting and strengthening the practical ability training of students’ data analysis,so as to meet the demand of advanced statistical data analysis talents in the era of big data.
