摘要
随着城市智慧化进程不断推进,城市公共安全高效、智能管理面临重要的机遇和挑战。文章考虑安防部门与攻击者之间的信号情报,以信号博弈为基础,建立城市安防信号博弈模型,对城市安防信号博弈进行均衡求解,得出双方的纳什均衡空间,分析博弈双方在公开防御信息信号策略、隐藏信号策略下的战略决策。通过数值分析法对不同情景下的均衡解进行稳定性分析。结果表明:安全管理模型受攻击成本、防御成本、反击力度等因素影响,在公开防御信息信号策略下存在纯策略均衡,在信号隐藏策略下存在混合策略均衡。
With the continuous advancement of urban intelligence,the efficient and intelligent management of urban public safety is facing important opportunities and challenges.This paper considers the signal intelligence be-tween the security department and the attacker,and establishes the city security signal game.The equilibrium solu-tion of urban security signal game is carried out,and the Nash equilibrium space of both sides is obtained,and the strategic decisions of both sides in the game under the open defense information signal strategy and hidden signal strategy are analyzed.The stability analysis of the equilibrium solution under different scenarios is carried out by nu-merical analysis method.The results show that the security management model is affected by factors such as attack cost,defense cost,and counterattack strength.There is a pure strategy equilibrium under the public defense informa-tion signal strategy,and a mixed strategy equilibrium under the signal concealment strategy.
