摘要
石墨烯因其优异的力学性能而被广泛用于增强金属基复合涂层。本文总结了制备石墨烯增强金属基复合涂层的方法以及不同制备方法的研究进展,归纳了石墨烯对金属基复合涂层性能的影响及其在复合材料中的强化机制。然而,目前在石墨烯增强金属基复合涂层强化机制方面的研究较少,加强并完善石墨烯在复合涂层中强化机制的研究有助于推动石墨烯金属基复合涂层在工业生产中的应用。
Graphene is widely used in reinforced metal matrix composite coatings because of its excellent mechanical properties. In this paper, the pre-paration methods of graphene reinforced metal matrix composite coatings and their research progress of different preparation methods are summarized. The influence of graphene on the properties of metal matrix composite coating and its strengthening mechanism in composite mate-rials are summarized. However, the research on the strengthening mechanism of graphene reinforced metal matrix composite coating is relatively rare. The improving research on the strengthening mechanism of graphene in composite coating will help to promote the application of graphene metal matrix composite coating in industrial production.
