摘要
相变材料因其较高的相变潜热值、相变过程温度近似等温等优点在诸多领域得到了广泛的应用。复合相变织物是一种内部含有相变材料的新型智能调温织物,可以对周围温度变化做出主动响应,减缓织物的温度波动。本文综述了相变微胶囊及其复合相变织物的制备方法和相关的性能测试,简要介绍了复合相变织物在航空航天、热防护服、医用纺织品等领域的应用;最后指出降低成本、简化工艺和减少相变微胶囊对织物性能的不利影响是今后的研究重点。
Phase change materials have been widely used in many fields because of their high latent heat and small temperature swing during melting and solidification.Composite phase change fabric is a new kind of intelligent temperature regulating fabric with phase change material inside,which can respond actively to the temperature change around and slow down the temperature fluctuation of the fabric.The preparation methods and performance tests of phase change microcapsules and their composite phase change fabrics were reviewed.The applications of composite phase change fabrics in aerospace,thermal protective clothing,medical textiles,and so on were briefly introduced.It is indicated that reducing cost,simplifying the process,and reducing the adverse effects of phase change microcapsules on fabric properties are the research emphases for future development.
