柴油机固态选择性催化还原研究现状及进展 被引量:2

摘要 固态选择性催化还原(solid selective catalytic reduction,SSCR)后处理技术是一种新型柴油机废气NO_(x)后处理技术,其具备NO_(x)转化效率高、工作温度窗口宽、不易堵塞管路等优点,有较好的应用前景,开展SSCR技术研究对环境保护具有重要意义。详细介绍了固态选择性催化还原(SSCR)技术的工作原理,分析了中外固态储氨材料和SSCR技术的发展历程和研究现状;结合尿素选择性催化还原技术(Urea-SCR)后处理技术的不足之处,讨论了SSCR后处理技术所具备的优势,指明了该技术在今后发展中所面临的挑战及应对策略,并进一步展望了SSCR后处理技术的发展趋势。 Solid-SCR after-treatment(SSCR),a new type of exhaust gas NO_(x) after-treatment technology for diesel engines,has the advantages of high NO_(x) efficiency,wide working temperature range,and not easy to block pipelines and is fairly promising for practical application.The study for SSCR technology is great significance to environmental protection.The working principle of SSCR post-treatment technology was introduced in detail firstly,the developing process and research status of storing ammonia materials and SSCR after-treatment technology in domestic and foreign were analyzed.Then,compared with urea-SCR,the SSCR advantages were studied.Finally,the forthcoming challenges and coping strategies in the future were discussed,and the development trends were pointed out.
