摘要
近钻头随钻伽马成像系统成为油气开发的重要技术装备,常规随钻测量安装位置距离钻头较远,系统获取的随钻数据存在较大延迟,并且无法及时判断穿行地层的上下界面和地层倾角,这影响了井身轨迹控制,从而降低了随钻决策和调整的及时性,这些问题一直是石油钻井领域研究的热点和焦点。讨论了近钻头伽马成像系统,分析了多种因素对伽马响应速度快慢的影响。鉴于近钻头伽马成像系统的地层测量单元和钻头距离较近,为了获得近钻头伽马传输速度高,响应快。通过研制样机和现场实验,结果表明该系统能及时和准确地获得对地层的了解,实现钻井轨迹与地质轨迹一致性较高,井身轨迹较好,这为复杂油气井的开发和利用提供了可能。
Near-bit drilling gamma ray imaging system has become an important technical equipment,oil and gas development of conventional MWD(measure while drilling)installation position bit far distance,There is a significant delay in the acquisition of data while drilling,and the inability to determine the upper and lower interfaces and dip angles of the traversing formation in a timely manner,which affects well trajectory control and reduces the timeliness of decisions and adjustments while drilling.These problems have always been the focus of oil drilling research.The gamma imaging system near bit was discussed,and the effects of various factors on the gamma response speed were analyzed.Due to the proximity of the formation measurement unit to the bit,the near-bit gamma imaging system has a high transmission speed and a fast response in order to obtain near-bit gamma.Through the development of prototype and field experiments,the results show that the system can timely and accurately understand the formation,achieve a high consistency between drilling trajectory and geological trajectory,well trajectory is better,which provides a possibility for the development and utilization of complex oil and gas wells.
