超深地下室外墙体系的设计分析及方案比选

摘要 深度超过15.0m的超深建筑地下室因其埋深较深,外墙通常承受水、土峰值达20t/m2的压力荷载,外墙底部产生接近2000k N·m/m的弯矩,内力巨大,选择合适的外墙体系及设计、计算方法至关重要。该文结合工程实例,计算、分析了普通变截面外墙结构体系、疏扶壁柱外墙结构体系、密扶壁柱外墙结构体系的受力特性、变形特征,并对三种方案进行了经济性、承载能力的对比分析,相关结论对类似工程设计具有一定参考意义。 For the basement of a building with the depth of over 15cm, its external wall has to bear the pressure load of the water-and-soil’s peak value of 20t/m2, resulting in a bending moment of nearly 2000k N·m/m at its bottom, and the internal force is huge, so it is very important to choose an appropriate external wall system and proper design and calculation methods. Based on engineering cases, this paper calculated and analyzed the stress characteristics and deformation characteristics of the ordinary variable-section external wall structure system, the sparse buttress column external wall structure system, and the dense column external wall structure system, and comparatively analyzed the economic and bearing capacity of the three schemes. The relevant conclusions have certain reference significance for the design of similar projects.
