摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中微小RNA-371-5p(miR-371-5p)、微小RNA-452(miR-452)、微小RNA-5100(miR-5100)、亮氨酸拉链肿瘤抑制基因1(LZTS1)表达水平及临床意义。方法选择非小细胞肺癌患者100例为研究对象,并收集患者的癌旁正常组织及肺癌组织。检测肺癌组织与癌旁正常组织中miR-371-5p、miR-452、miR-5100、LZTS1的表达水平,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果肺癌组织中miR-371-5p、miR-452、LZTS1水平明显低于癌旁正常组织,miR-5100水平明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中miR-371-5p、LZTS1表达水平与年龄、吸烟、淋巴结转移、TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05),miR-452表达水平与淋巴结转移、病理类型显著相关(P<0.05),miR-5100表达水平与TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中miR-371-5p、miR-452、LZTS1均为低表达,miR-5100为高表达。miR-371-5p、LZTS1表达水平与年龄、吸烟、淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关,miR-452表达水平与淋巴结转移、病理类型相关,miR-5100表达水平与TNM分期相关。
Objective To explore microRNA-371-5p(miR-371-5p),microRNA-452(miR-452),microRNA-5100(miR-5100),leucine zipper tumor suppressor gene 1(LZTS1)expression level and clinical significance.Methods 100 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected as the research objects,and the normal tissues adjacent to the cancer and lung cancer tissues of the patients were collected.Detect the expression levels of miR-371-5p,miR-452,miR-5100,and LZTS1 in lung cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to cancer,and analyze their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Results The levels of miR-371-5p,miR-452,and LZTS1 in lung cancer tissues were significantly lower than those in normal tissues adjacent to cancer,the levels of miR-5100 were significantly higher than those in normal tissues adjacent to cancer,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of miR-371-5p and LZTS1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were significantly correlated with age,smoking,lymph node metastasis,and TNM staging(P<0.05),and miR-452 expression levels were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and pathological types(P<0.05),the expression level of miR-5100 was significantly correlated with TNM staging(P<0.05).Conclusion In non-small cell lung cancer tissues,miR-371-5p,miR-452,and LZTS1 are all low-expressed,and miR-5100 is high-expressed.The expression levels of miR-371-5p and LZTS1 are related to age,smoking,lymph node metastasis,and TNM staging,the expression level of miR-452 are related to lymph node metastasis and pathological type,and the expression level of miR-5100 is related to TNM staging.
