中药饮片联合化疗对早期食管癌的疗效及预后分析

Clinical Study on the Effect of Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces Combined with Chemotherapy on Early Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨中药饮片联合化疗对早期食管癌患者的疗效及临床价值。方法选取确诊的食管癌患者82例纳入分析。随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,全部患者均接受了常规放疗;同时观察组还接受了化疗和中医治疗;对比疗效。结果研究中纳入的82例受试对象,病理类型以鳞癌居多。对比两组患者治疗后的效果,观察组完全缓解率显著高于对照组,总缓解率观察组更高;同时观察组疾病进展率仅为5.13%,也低于对照组;疾病控制率观察组为94.87%,高于对照组。不良反应总发生率观察组为10.26%,低于对照组。短期随访6个月,观察组未见转移患者,对照组检出2例。CA19-9、CEA及SCC治疗前水平均异常增高;治疗后以及短期随访(6个月)的上述3种标志物水平分别低于同组治疗前的水平,治疗后的3种血清标志物水平观察组低于对照组,随访6个月其表达水平观察组也更低。结论化疗联合中药治疗对早期食管癌患者疗效优越,不良反应少,病情控制稳定,有助于改善预后。不失为一种高效的治疗方案。

Objective To explore and analyze the therapeutic efficacy and clinical value of Chinese herbal decoction pieces combined with chemotherapy in patients with early esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with diagnosed esophageal cancer were selected for analysis.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,all the patients received conventional radiotherapy;the observation group also received chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment;the curative effects were compared.Results Among the 82 subjects included in this study,the pathological type of the patients was mostly squamous cell carcinoma.Compared the effects of the 2 groups of patients after treatment,the complete remission rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the total remission rate in the observation group was higher;at the same time,the disease progression rate in the observation group was only 5.13%,which was also lower than that in the control group;the disease control rate in the observation group was 94.87%,higher than the control group.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.26%,which was lower than that in the control group.After a short-term follow-up of 6 months,no metastatic patients were found in the observation group,and 2 cases were detected in the control group.The levels of CA19-9,CEA and SCC before treatment were abnormally increased;the levels of the above 3 markers after treatment and short-term follow-up(6 months)were lower than those in the same group before treatment,and the levels of the 3 serum markers after treatment in the observation group was lower than the control group,and its expression level was also lower in the observation group after 6 months of follow-up.Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment has superior curative effect in patients with early esophageal cancer,with less adverse reactions and stable disease control,which is helpful to improve the prognosis,which is a highly effective treatment.
