摘要
目的探究含ω-3鱼油脂肪乳的肠外营养液对胃癌根治术后患者的血清S100A6BP水平与炎性因子的影响。方法选择胃癌根治术后患者124例,随机分为试验组(ω-3鱼油脂肪乳组,n=62)和对照组(常规脂肪乳组,n=62)。收集患者一般资料,ELISA法检测患者术前1 d以及术后1、3、5 d血清S100A6BP水平与炎性因子的水平。结果试验组和对照组的年龄、性别、体重、BMI、手术方式、手术时间差异不显著,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-ɑ水平呈现先上升后下降的趋势,术前1 d两组的血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-ɑ水平均无明显差异(P均>0.05),术后1、3、5 d试验组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-ɑ水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清S100A6BP水平呈先上升后下降的趋势,术前1 d、术后1、3 d两组S100A6BP水平差异均不显著,无统计学意义(P均>0.05),术后5 d试验组血清S100A6BP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ω-3鱼油脂肪乳可以降低胃癌根治术患者的炎症水平,改善预后不良,促进术后恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of parenteral nutrition solution containing omega-3 fish oil fat emulsion on serum S100A6BP levels and inflammatory factors in patients after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 124 patients after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion group,n=62)and the control group(conventional lipid emulsion group,n=62).The general data of the patients were collected,and the serum S100A6BP and inflammatory factor levels were detected by ELISA at 1 day before operation and at 1,3,and 5 days after operation.Results There was no significant difference in age,gender,body weight,BMI,operation method and operation time between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-ɑshowed a trend of first rising and then decreasing.There was no significant difference in serum IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-ɑlevels between the 2 groups 1 day before surgery(all P>0.05).IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-ɑlevels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1,3 and 5 days after operation(P<0.05).The serum S100A6BP level showed a trend of first increase and then decrease.There was no significant difference in the S100A6BP level between the 2 groups at 1 day before operation,1 and 3 days after operation,and there was no statistical significance(all P>0.05).The serum S100A6BP level in the experimental group was significantly lower at 5 days after operation.in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Omega-3 fish oil fat emulsion can reduce the level of inflammation in patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,improve poor prognosis,and promote postoperative recovery.
