摘要
为提高HOWO轻卡的产品竞争力,需对驾驶室电泳底漆产品进行换代升级。选择以TP800电泳漆更换原来的PN3200电泳漆,测试了不同混溶比例下电泳漆膜的性能,研究了其颜色变化及对面漆颜色的影响。结果表明,新选取的电泳产品泳透力更高,漆膜耐蚀性更好、粗糙度更低,综合性能优于当前在用产品,且两者可通过混槽的方式进行稳定切换,切换风险较小。对试验样品进行色差分析后发现,由于2种电泳漆的颜色不同,切换过程中底漆颜色会逐步变化,可通过阶段性调整外饰件低温底漆的颜色来实现整车面漆无目视色差。
In order to improve the competitiveness of HOWO light trucks,it is necessary to upgrade the electrophoretic paint used in the cab.TP800 electrophoretic paint was selected to replace the currently used product PN3200,and the properties of electrophoretic coatings formed from the mixture of the two paints at different proportions were tested.The results showed that TP800 has higher throwing power,stronger corrosion resistance,and lower roughness,showing better overall performance than the PN3200.The replacement of PN3200 with TP800 can be carried out stably by mixing gradually,having relatively small risk.Through analysis of the color difference of coating samples,it was found out that the color of primer could be changed gradually during the replacement process due to the difference between the two paints in color.No visual color difference could be achieved for the whole surface of HOWO light truck by adjusting the color of low-temperature primer for exterior trim parts in stages.
