摘要
针对某轻卡车架电泳漆膜附着力不良的问题,通过涂装线现场调查及缺陷样品微观形貌分析,得出基板表面涂油量过高、除油不净、氧化膜的存在等都会引起磷化成膜不良,最终导致电泳漆膜附着力不良。通过严格管控基板油品和涂油量,以及将基板更换为水洗抛丸热轧钢板,问题得以解决。
The poor adhesion of electrophoretic coating on the surface of light truck frame was analyzed based on an investigation on the painting line and the micromorphology examination of the defective sample.The properties of phosphating film were undesirable due to the excessive oil amount on the as-received steel sheet,the incomplete degreasing,and the existence of oxide film on the substrate surface,leading to the unqualified adhesion of electrophoretic coating.The problem was solved by selecting the oil properly and controlling its amount on the substrate strictly,as well as using the pre-blasted hot-rolled steel sheets as the substrate.
