摘要
建立了快速溶剂提取土壤中甲萘威、丙烯菊酯和甲氰菊酯,气相色谱质谱法进行测定的方法,并研究了提取试剂和温度对测定结果的影响。甲萘威、丙烯菊酯和甲氰菊酯在4.00~80.0μg·L^(-1)范围内线性良好,3个浓度的加标回收率在88.8%~108.0%之间,6次测定结果相对标准偏差在1.64%~3.02%之间。实验结果表明,本方法操作简便,有机溶剂使用量少,检出限低,精密度和准确度良好,适用于土壤中甲萘威、丙烯菊酯和甲氰菊酯等农残的分析。
A rapid solvent extraction method for the determination of carbaryl,permethrin and fenpropathrin in soil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established,and the effects of extraction reagents and temperature on the determination results were studied.The linear range of carbaryl,permethrin and fenpropathrin was 4.00~80.0μg·L^(-1).The recoveries of carbaryl,permethrin and fenpropathrin were 88.8%~108.0%,and the relative standard deviations of six determinations were 1.64%~3.02%.The results showed that the method was simple,less organic solvent,low detection limit,good precision and accuracy,and suitable for the analysis of carbaryl,permethrin and fenpropathrin in soil.
