妇科弦细脉患者职业与临床特点分布及相关性分析

Distribution and Correlation Analysis of Occupational and Clinical Characteristics of Gynecological Patients with Wiry Pulse

目的分析妇科弦细脉患者职业与其职业因素、性格因素、生活习惯及症状的分布规律及相关性。方法选择2019年3月1日-12月31日首都医科大学附属北京中医医院妇科黄玉华主任医师门诊患者352例,采用Excel2011建立数据库,采集患者职业、职业因素、性格因素、生活习惯及相关症状,分析不同职业临床特点的分布规律及相关性。结果352例患者中,财会、金融、销售等典型职业174例(49.4%),非典型职业178例(50.6%),不同职业患者的生活习惯、主诉症状分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职业患者的职业因素、性格因素、伴随症状分布比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。弦细脉患者的职业与其生活习惯存在相关性(P<0.01,OR=0.606),与职业因素、性格因素及伴随症状无明显相关性。结论会计、金融、销售为妇科弦细脉患者的典型职业,患者的生活习惯为其相关因素。

Objective To analyze the distribution and correlation of occupational distribution of gynecological patients with wiry pulse with occupational factors,personality factors,living habits and related symptoms.Methods Totally 352 patients who were outpatients of Huang Yuhua,chief physician of the Department of Gynecology,Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected from March 1,2019 to December 31,2019.Excel 2011 was used to establish a database to collect the information of patients’occupations,occupational factors,personality factors,living habits and related symptoms,and the distribution and correlation of clinical characteristics of different occupations were analyzed.Results Among the 352 patients,174(49.4%)were typical occupations in accounting,finance,and sales,and 178(50.6%)were atypical occupations.There were statistically significant differences in the living habits and main complaints of patients with different occupations(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of occupational factors,personality factors,and accompanying symptoms among patients with different occupations(P>0.05).The occupation of patients with wiry pulse is correlated with their living habits(P<0.01,OR=0.606),and there was no obvious correlation with occupational factors,personality factors and accompanying symptoms.Conclusion Accounting,finance,and sales are typical occupations of gynecological wiry pulse patients.The living habits of patients are related factor to occupations.
