Research Progress in Pharmacological Effects of Simiao Yong’an Decoction and Its Clinical Application in Peripheral Vascular Diseases

四妙勇安汤是中医临床治疗脱疽的经典名方,有抗炎抑菌、调节血脂、抑制血栓形成等作用,现代医家广泛辨证用于周围血管疾病,包括闭塞性动脉硬化、血栓闭塞性脉管炎及糖尿病足等,疗效显著且不良反应小。本文通过查阅文献,以四妙勇安汤药理作用及作用机制为线索,梳理四妙勇安汤在周围血管疾病的临床应用情况,可为该方临床应用及深入研究提供参考。

Simiao Yong’an Decoction is a classic prescription for the clinical treatment of anthracnose in TCM. It has the effects of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, regulating blood lipids, and inhibiting thrombosis. Modern physicians have widely used it in peripheral vascular diseases by syndrome differentiation, including arteriosclerosis obliterans, thromboangiitis obliterans, and diabetic foot, with significant efficacy and small adverse reactions. This article reviewed the clinical application of Simiao Yong’an Decoction in peripheral vascular diseases by consulting papers and taking the pharmacological effects and mechanism of Simiao Yong’an Decoction as a clue, which can provide reference for clinical application and in-depth research of Simiao Yong’an Decoction.
